Allow me to give you the run down of my morning so far.  Keep in mind it’s 9:15. 6:00 am- Wake up easily, get dressed off to  yoga 6:30-8 am- Great class, not too hard.  Wonderful way to wake up and start the day. 8:30 am- Get to work early.  Head down to the coffee machine, yes!!
