I debated for a long time whether or not to post this…clearly I chose the “no shame” route.   Oh you want an explanation?  I went to the dentist this morning.  I asked for extra of the numbing stuff.  Sometimes you get what you ask for.  This is me at work, an hour after the dentist, trying to smile for my co-worker.
